Device Not Detected
- Try a different USB port or data-capable cable.
- Ensure the device is unlocked before connecting.
- Restart Ledger Live or your computer.
Initialization Failed
- Make sure your device firmware is up to date.
- Close all other wallet or USB-related apps before starting.
Setup Stuck or Frozen
- Disconnect and reconnect the device after a few seconds.
- Restart the app and try again from the beginning.
Important: Do not interrupt firmware updates — only proceed if you have your recovery seed backed up.
